Limes Watches are built on demand - delivery time is circa 4 weeks after receipt of order and payment. The purchased watch remains the property of Limes Watches until the full purchase price has been settled.

Every new watch has a 2-year warranty. This warranty includes removal of all defects due to material- or manufacturing defects. Not covered are damages which occurred due to improper handling or wear and tear of the watch or leather strap. Warranty of repair is 12 months.

Supplied watches can be returned in an unusesd status to LIMES Watches within 2 weeks without indicating any reason. The time limit starts to run once the customer has received the watch. The return is to be sent to:

After receipt of the watch Ickler makes a refund to the customer. In cases of deterioration/damage or use (advantage of use) that cannot be returned or only partially or in inferior quality, you must compensate us accordingly. Right of cancellation does not exist for customer-specific design (special orders). Contractual relations between the seller and the customer shall be governed by German law to the exclusion of UN Convention on Contracts.

For all disputes resulting from the contractual relationship, if the ordering party is a merchant, a juristic person under public law, or a special fund under public law, then the place of jurisdiction is 75180 Pforzheim.
